This video may be nearly 20 minutes long, but it's also an excellent tribute to the Mario character, who made his first appearance in Donkey Kong back in 1981.
The Mario 30th anniversary medley starts off with the classic Super Mario Bros. before delving through many of Mario's most well-loved games - including Super Mario World, Yoshi's Island and Super Mario 64.
Several spinoffs make the cut, too, with the likes of Dr. Mario, Mario Kart and Mario Golf all featured. Meanwhile, Luigi and Wario get their moments of glory with Luigi's Mansion and WarioWare respectively.
