The carjacker fled the scene after apparently losing control and being propelled ten feet upward in a collision with a rock and a tree stump.
"At first I though it was a prank, like you've been punked or something," resident Jeanell Ricks commented. "I thought somebody lowered the car on the house because that's not something you see everyday."
Police arrested a 26-year-old man a short distance from the scene and charged him with driving a stolen vehicle. He reportedly ran away from the incident dressed in boxer shorts.
Nobody was hurt in the crash and the car was later removed by a crane.
