Fauja Singh, from Ilford, East London, made headlines in October last year when he finished a 32-mile race in Canada.
Almost four months later, Singh has completed a shorter 10-kilometre run.
He said upon finishing the race on Sunday: "The weather was very pleasant, I enjoyed the race very much."
The Guinness World Records is, however, refusing to accept Singh as the 'oldest marathon runner' as they are yet to receive a valid birth certificate.
Singh, nicknamed the 'Turbaned Torpedo', is said to have been born in 1911.
