Video: LED snowboarder stands out in the dark

This isn't something you see everyday - here's a video of William Hughes snowboarding in the dark while wearing an LED suit. The end effect is pretty neat.

Shot by fashion photographer and filmmaker Jacob Sutton, the LED suit was the only source of light at -25°C (-13°F). The suit itself was designed by John Spatcher.



Professional snowboarder Hughes said: "Filming in the suit was the most surreal thing I've done in 20 years of snowboarding. The resulting video is definitely the most surreal thing we've seen lately."

Sutton added: "I was really drawn to the idea of a lone character made of light surfing through darkness. I've always been excited by unusual ways of lighting things, so it seemed like an exciting idea to make the subject of the film the only light source."
