43-year-old woman pulls 4.5 tonne jeeps with hair

A Chinese woman has succeeded in pulling two jeeps weighing 4.5 tonnes in total with just her hair.

Xu Huijun - who is 43 years old, 5' 2" and weighs less than eight stone - managed the feat of strength at an event in the country's Liaoning Province.

The performer started training after becoming an accountant for an acrobatic troupe three years ago.

"Each day I saw troupe members doing various numbers, and I also wanted to have a try," she said.

Huijun, who has previously pulled a 1.5 tonne car, is hoping to one day pull three jeeps.

"I'm worried that I might lose some hair," she said. "But it's a great feeling to move something so big when I am so small."
