FC Magdeburg - currently battling to avoid relegation from Germany's fourth tier at club level - were on a goal drought spanning five matches when their supporters brought arrows with them to the home game against Berliner AK 07 and used them to point to the goal.
The attending fans also produced a banner which read: "Wir zeigen euch, wo das tor steht!"
Translated, the message said: "We'll show you where the goal is!"
After 77 minutes, American striker Chris Wright equalised for Magdeburg, cancelling out their opponents' first-half opener and scoring the team's first goal in 558 minutes.
However, Metin Cakmak struck in the 88th minute for Berliner to condemn Magdeburg to defeat.
