'The Only Way Is Birmingham' website launches

A new website has been set up suggesting the launch of The Only Way Is Birmingham.

The site features a 12-second teaser video, links to Twitter and Facebook pages, and a supposed cast, but a Whois search reveals that domain name for the website is in fact registered to South Birmingham College.



The Only Way Is Birmingham has been trending on Twitter, with many users believing that the site is teasing a spinoff to The Only Way Is Essex.

A countdown on the site has just over five weeks to run as of June 26, which could be leading up to the start of the next academic year.

The listed cast includes men Gaffa and Sam and women Kira, Hayley and Selina.

T-shirts featuring The Only Way Is Birmingham logo have been given out and posted by some Twitter users.
