Truck driver escapes after hanging over bridge - video

A truck driver managed to escape unharmed after his vehicle hung dangerously over a bridge.

The truck had skidded over a guardrail in Brazil yesterday (September 22), and was left with its driving compartment dangling above the waters below.

Driver Aguinaldo da Silva was driving the cargoless truck over the Chavantes bridge when a car suddenly stopped in front of him, causing him to lose control.

He was helped out of the vehicle 25 minutes later by passers-by who threw him a rope, reports local website Npdiario.
