Hurricane Sandy: Model poses with destruction, causes outrage

A model has caused controversy by posing in pictures with some of the destruction caused by Hurricane Sandy.

Nana Gouvea, a former Playboy Brazil model who lives in New York City, had pictures of herself taken by her husband alongside ruined trees and vehicles.




Gouvea told EGO that she personally didn't mind the hurricane, claiming that she has spent more time with her husband as a result.

Internet commenters have accused her of being insensitive, while a Tumblr page 'Nana Gouvea in Disasters' has been set up, mocking Gouvea's pictures by photoshopping her into tragic scenes.
