Will Ferrell will eat garbage for Barack Obama votes - watch

Will Ferrell has claimed that he would do "anything" for Barack Obama votes.

In the Funny or Die comedy video, the comedian says that he would provide home-cooked meals, give tattoos (despite not knowing how to draw), dance and eat hair and garbage.



Ferrell closes by adding that he is also prepared to punch himself in the face.

The video, which has been seen on YouTube more than 800,000 times, was tweeted by Obama, who joked: "Will Ferrell's not kidding."

The 2012 United States presidential election will take place tomorrow (November 6), with Mitt Romney of the Republican Party the main challenger against current Democratic President Obama.

The race is said to be extremely tight, as Obama and Romney are almost neck-and-neck according to national polls.
