The Sears store at South Park Mall in San Antonio, Texas opened at 8pm yesterday (November 22) when one shopper tried to push his way to the front.
According to San Antonio Express-News, he began arguing with people and soon punched someone in the face.
The man who was punched, in retaliation, drew his gun.
The crowd quickly dispersed, and the line-cutter fled the shop. Normal business resumed after ten minutes.
According to police, the man with the gun carries a licence for the weapon and thus will not be charged.
