A video of a toy train's 18-mile journey into space has become a YouTube hit.
The clip, which has had over 3 million views so far, was created by a father who sent his son's toy train into space.
Attached to the toy was a camera which captured amazing images of the toy's ascent and descent into the atmosphere.
The toy train, called Stanley, was carried into space on a white weather balloon.
The video shows Stanley's (animated) facial expressions as he rises up through the earth's atmosphere.
When the balloon burst, the train made its descent and landed unharmed in a corn field.
The balloon also had an old mobile phone attached, which was used for GPS purposes, so father and son could find Stanley the train when he came back down to earth.
