'Dumb Ways to Die in Video Games' parody - watch

A new parody video has been released for the recent 'Dumb Ways To Die' safety animation film.

The original animated clip showed cartoon characters being killed due to silly decisions as part of a safety campaign from Melbourne Metro Trains.



Sonic the Hedgehog, Mario, Link and other famous video game characters have featured in a parody from YouTube channel Megasteakman.

The clip features a similar ditty listing a number of annoying ways to die in a host of different video games, including Grand Theft Auto, Assassin's Creed and even Tetris.

Dumb deaths include missing ledges, thinking you're player two and teammates "being an ass".
