Yoko Ono 'sings' Katy Perry, Adele cover in mashup videos

A new mashup video has been released of Yoko Ono 'performing' a cover of Katy Perry's 'Firework'.

The clip in question sees the widow of John Lennon giving an avant-garde performance at the Museum of Modern Art, titled 'Voice Piece for Soprano & Wish Tree' in 2010.

However, the performance has been given a new piano backing of Perry's worldwide hit by YouTube user Kroiker McGuire.

The video has reached viral status in the past 24 hours after being posted on a number of websites, despite originally being uploaded back in June.

McGuire has also produced similar humorous mashups of Ono singing to the backing of Adele, Lady GaGa and Taio Cruz.
