'Rude' Brighton Christmas lights go viral - video

According to comedy website The Poke, it's not just the Marmite-sponsored bulbs on Oxford Street causing controversy this year.

Taken at their word, the satirical site claims that the local council annoyed the chap who installed the lights in Brighton, with hilarious effects.



While we're not exactly buying that story at face value, this is still one of our favourite videos of the year, and we think they've done a sterling job putting it together!

A quick glance at Twitter shows that the story is already going viral, and we reckon it will have clocked up a few hundred thousand clicks before the real lights in Brighton are switched off.
