Daniel Keeton serves beer daily at the Boneyard Brewery, but since his pet pooch Lola can't join in the fun, he created a special dog brew.
There is no alcohol in the organic drink. Instead, it is made up of vegetable broth, water, glucosamine and grain.
Once Keeton, of Bend, Oregon, realised how much Lola enjoyed her new treat so he decided to market it to other dog owners and he launched his company, Dawg Grog, in July.
Visit Bend, Keeton's first retail customer, signed on in December according to KTVZ.
Doug LaPlaca, Visit Bend CEO, said: "Two things that have become part of the Bend lifestyle are beer and dogs.
"So to create something that would take advantage of the two we thought was a brilliant idea."
