Lego replaces 7-year-old's lost toy after heartfelt letter

Lego has replaced a 7-year-old boy's lost toy after he wrote a heartfelt letter to the company.

Luka Apps bought the Lego Ultrasonic Raider's Ninjago kit - which included a Jay ZX character - with the Christmas money he received, but Jay ZX went missing after a trip to a supermarket.



However, after pleading with Lego and promising to take better care of his characters in the future, they sent him not only a new Jay ZX but also some extra toys.

The email response from the customer services team included a reference to Sensei Wu, Jay ZX's boss.
