'Fifty Shades of Grey' workout created, results in 'better sex'
Kristen James, an exercise guru in New York, has created the exercises to help all people to be able to perform many of the erotic novel's sex scenes.
According to the New York Daily News, there are 13 exercises in total - including "bend-over-better", "sexy scissors" and "seductive squat" - which will reportedly translate to better, bolder sex and a stronger core.
James stated that the workouts help participants lean out and build strength, as well as gain confidence.
