Burglar uses bucket to disguise identity after forgetting mask - video

A burglar used a bucket to conceal his identity after forgetting a disguise.

Richard Boudreaux, of Slidell, Louisiana, went on a burglary spree but forgot a mask to hide himself from CCTV cameras.



Boudreaux, 23, broke into the seafood restaurant where he used to work and proceeded to place a five gallon bucket over his head to conceal himself, reports Metro.

A Slidell police department spokesperson said: "Boudreaux dressed all in camouflage, wore gloves to prevent leaving fingerprints, and packed burglary tools.

"Everything was going as planned until Boudreaux realised he had forgotten his mask to cover his identity."

He was arrested at his home and charged with burglary and possession of marijuana.
