Celtic boss Neil Lennon answers phone to journalist's wife - funny video

Celtic boss Neil Lennon surprised journalists at a press conference by answering a phone left on a desk by Michael Grant of Herald Scotland.

Michael's wife Sharon hung up after the first attempt, but when she rang again the football manager admonished her.



"Are you going to stop interrupting my press conference please?" he joked.

"This is Neil Lennon here, OK?"

He then added to the press: "You're not going out tonight, Michael!"

Lennon had been giving the conference after his team's 4-1 victory over Hearts, which put the team nine points clear at the top of the Scottish Premier League.
