Men's naked yoga proves popular in Canada - pictures

Naked yoga has become a big hit for men in Canada.

Males in Edmonton are flocking to Shanti Yoga Studios' class, which encourages members to take part naked in a bid to achieve a more psychological fulfilling experience, reports CTV News.





Chris McBain, the classes instructor, said: "I think the draw is, it's facing a challenge, it's rising to the occasion and moving through fear.

"Once you've accepted a challenge and conquered it, it kind of brings you to a new plateau of being.

"For some it's about naturalism and just being nude and for other people it's just a bucket list endeavour."
