Presented as a "detached house", the property has been given a steep price tag of £1 million, presumably as a consequence of its setting in upmarket Clifton, Bristol.
"We are delighted to market this highly individual recently constructed detached 'Ice House' with a superb vaulted ceiling and set in the highly desirable green and open space of Durdham Downs," the description reads.
"Contemporary 'open plan' accommodation with a minimalist and refreshingly cool atmosphere," it goes on. "Further scope to extend (subject to necessary consents and weather conditions)."
However, it warns: "Price frozen for January! Limited availability and likely to go very quickly. Block viewings only."
The property was put on by homelessness charity Crisis in collaboration with Richard Harding Estate Agents, and the details end with the message: "Sadly not everyone will be warm and safe this winter. If you have found this mildly amusing, please consider making a donation to Crisis, the homeless charity, by calling 0800 384838 or www.crisis.org.uk/donate."
