Feminine hygiene products have played a surprisingly major role in the history of TV and advertising.

A Tampax ad made Courteney Cox the first person to use the word "period" on US TV, we had those "WHOAAAAAAH Bodyform" adverts, and, of course, Bodyform's hilarious video response to a user who left a rant on their Facebook page.
