Sherwyn Sarabi from South Yorkshire can name every country in the world and can count to 200, reports Sky News Australia.
Sarabi is among the top 1% of people in the world with an IQ of 136, has a reading age the same as that of a 6-year-old. He began speaking at 10 months old.
His mother said: "His general knowledge is amazing. He knows about everything. It's not like talking to a 3-year-old. He doesn't even watch children's programmes - he watches the news."
Sarabi has now joined Mensa, a society for people with high IQ scores, which only has 100 other members under the age of 10.
The average IQ score is 100.
