A thrill-seeker has climbed Cuba's iconic 27-storey Habana Libre hotel with no rope or net for safety.
50-year-old Frenchman Alain Robert completed the death-defying climb with his bare hands in about half an hour as onlookers cheered from below.
Robert said his main concern was not the height. As the hotel is in disrepair, he was more worried that the building's brittle facade may break off.
He has free-scaled the world's tallest structures throughout his career, including New York City's Empire State building and San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge.
Robert's climb in Cuba was approved by officials - though he has previously been fined and arrested in other countries.
