Heineken unusual job interview goes viral - video

A video which shows Heineken carrying out unorthodox interviews to find the right intern has become a viral sensation on the internet.

The brewing company received 1,734 applications for an internship vacancy, and after sifting through the applicants, they put the interviewees in Amsterdam through a series of extraordinary circumstances - all while secretly being filmed.



For instance, they were called upon to revive the interviewer when he 'blacks out', while later on they were given the opportunity to 'save' a stranded employee during a fire evacuation.

Heineken were looking for someone who had the skills to admirably respond to these situations.

The successful applicant earned the opportunity to work in the Event & Sponsorship department as well as tour with the UEFA Champions League trophy.

Named 'The Candidate', the video has amassed two million views since it was uploaded last week (February 19).
