Malvern Hills District Council has had to issue an apology after one of its workers was discovered to have been relieving himself on a resident's private drive.
The resident, who did not wish to be named, told Worcester News that he decided to complain because a binman has twice previously urinated in the same place on his driveway in Ryall, Worcestershire.
He said: "It's pretty vile. I could almost have forgiven him if he had made sure he got back and it had all gone when I got home."
The resident also added that he would have let him use his toilet if he had asked.
The man has now been disciplined following the incidents and has also offered to personally apologise to the resident.
"As soon as the incident was reported to us by the customer we accepted full responsibility and took immediate action by sending out an operative to make sure the area was cleaned and sanitised," said Ivor Pumfrey, head of community services at Malvern Hills District Council.
The council is now investigating staff toilet arrangements for the area.
