The auction, set up by Darren Criss, commemorated the TV show's recent episode 'The Break Up'.
The actor had tweeted after the episode aired in the US: "So many tears, so many tissues needed from last night's episode- so why not do some good while we're at it?"
The bidding finished, exceeding estimate bidding prices with the final total ending on $14,850 (£9,250).
'Brittana' tissues, signed by Naya Rivera and Heather Morris, sold for $1,850 (£1,150) while Lea Michele and Cory Monteith's 'Finchel' tissues went for $3,500 (£2,180).
'Klaine' tissues proved to be the most popular. Signed by Darren Criss and Chris Colfer, they sold for $9,500 (£5,920).
Glee is currently on hiatus in the US until November. It will air in the UK in January.
