Upset at the Back To Reality mansion?

Is trouble brewing at Five's ailing reality show? After a day of drama involving threats to walk out over cigarette supplies, cola drink cans, contractually prohibited use of the word "nasty" and probably the most visibly upsetting charity task shown so far, Thursday's 8pm show appeared to end on live footage of a council of war taking place in one of the bedrooms followed by series editor Justin Gorman arriving on the premises. Live feeds have been suspended since the end of the show, and panic in the editing room was evident from the accidental cutting off of Richard and Tess's link reading out the voting numbers.

Nick complained after believing he had seen the words "Nasty Nick" on Richard Bacon's autocue. He said his contract stipulated he was to be known only as Nick, or Nick Bateman. He also worried that his earlier task - to tell lies to his housemates to win back their food - was set up in order to edit him lying to his housemates. Lizzie complained after the food was taken away, as her antibiotics must be taken after food. She also requested more cigarettes, which hadn't arrived 24 hours later. Ricardo demanded coca-cola. During the live "Tanks of Terror" task, Joe Millionaire contestant Sarah Kozer was shaken up lying in a tank of crabs and water snakes in order to win £6,000, but vegetarian Sarah declined to eat snake and crab to gain an extra thousand.

But most of all, the whole household were horrified to discover that the promised £75,000 for charity was actually only a POTENTIAL £75,000, with money being added only for each task completed - so in fact the final total was certain to be less than they'd initially expected.

At 22:00 the live feed was restored, showing a tearful and angry Rik Waller being comforted by Craig, telling him not to worry about someone like Jade.
