Linda Robson has launched into a rant against reality television.

The former Birds of a Feather actress vows that she would never appear on I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! or Celebrity Big Brother.

"I've just been asked to do I'm A Celebrity - again," she told The People. "It's the second time I have been asked and I said no. I just wouldn't do it. The main thing is I couldn't show my children up or get them in such a state. I'm an actress. I don't want to do the celeby sort of stuff."

She added, "It's this hunger to be famous that was never there before. It's all about taking your clothes off and being as rude as you can."

Complaining about the current series of Big Brother, she explained, "It is really, really tacky. But I think it's about to burst its bubble and hopefully it will go back to proper TV - family shows we can all sit and watch."
