Eclipse, helmed by Tre, decided to offer a gardening service by day. They struggled to drum up business at first but found several hedges that needed clipping in the afternoon. In the evening they became singograms, travelling around Richmond's pubs and bars to take advantage of the loose wallets - and battered eardrums - of the area's drinkers.
Stealth, led by a reluctant Naomi, offered a children's facepainting service by day. After a promising start business began to dry up: the area's children were too busy learning the three 'R's in school to be attacked by Jadine's oily crayon. By night the team became kissograms - a move which offended some of the group's feminist beliefs - but Richmond's older gentlemen proved willing customers.
Stealth made £65.04 from their exploits, but Eclipse beat them by raking in a profit of £189.29. As Tre noted, they had nearly doubled Sir Alan's money. The winning team were promptly sent off to an exclusive Cuban bar as a reward.
Naomi chose to bring Gerri into the boardroom because she had allegedly failed to pick suitable locations for the facepainting business. She also elected to take Jadine into the boardroom because of her perceived disruptiveness.
After a heated boardroom tussle, in which Sir Alan remarked that the trio were "like washer-women arguing with each other", he chose to fire Gerri.
