Contestant Paul Young was forced to face a diner at her table in Hell's Kitchen last night and apologise for undercooking her fish.
The eighties pop icon was cooking dover sole, but when it was sent out to actress Dillie Keane, who is currently touring with a theatre show of Grumpy Old Women, she was left unimpressed.
She told Maitre D' Nick: "It's still bleeding - overcooked on the outside - bleeding within. I don't want it!
"My fish died in vain...It was still bloody inside. I will eat bloody meat but I won't eat bloody fish."
Marco Pierre White insisted: "It is undercooked. Tell Paul Young to apologise and cook another one. Tell him we don't serve undercooked fish."
Marco then forced Young to go and apologise to Keane personally, who then went and kissed her on the cheek before explaining: "I'm so sorry about that. All the others I've been doing for five minutes and that one did not want to be done in five minutes."
He later confessed: "I've messed up royally for the first time tonight. I'm still trying to work out why, because I did everything to the same timings that I did in the blue kitchen but I undercooked the sole."
The scenes will be shown on Hell's Kitchen tonight on ITV1 at 10pm.
