Mosaic artist Wahab was joined by risk manager Lucinda Ledgerwood and sales manager Jenny Celerier in Sugar's boardroom on last night's show.
The girls' team was beaten by the boys in a laundry business task and Wahab was blamed for abandoning her role of identifying items they were cleaning at the laundrette.
Sugar told the 35-year-old South Londoner: "Shazia I think that the most heinous of the things you've done, is that you left that laundry. You left your colleagues with difficulty in identifying the product. Shazia, you're fired."
However, Sugar also criticised Ledgerwood and Celerier, adding: "It's the easiest thing for me in the world to get rid of the bloody three of you. I'm giving you another chance."
Wazab claimed that she felt "stitched up" by Celerier, who was the project manager on the task.
She said: "Without a doubt I believe that the person who is responsible for my departure is the project manager. She stitched me up; she needed someone else to bring in to the boardroom and in the last second just turned on me."
The Apprentice continues Wednesdays at 9pm on BBC One.
