Wazab, who was fired by Sir Alan Sugar on last night's episode, said other contestants had failed to take responsibility for their own mistakes during the laundry business task.
The mosaic artist also argued that fellow contestant Helene Speight "shafted" her by making project leader Jenny Celerier think she was to blame for the group muddling up items of customers' clothing.
She told DS: "I got shafted because Helene actually said 'Why did Shazia leave the laundrette?', which then made Jenny think about taking me in the boardroom.
"I think I was a scapegoat. Helene very cleverly implanted the thought in Jenny's brains that I was the one responsible for us not delivering back the customers' clothing."
When asked who she thought was at fault for the team's defeat in the weekly challenge, she criticised Celerier.
Wazab commented: "The main problem was that we had a really ineffective project manager. She lost all sense of reasoning and logic for three hours after nominating herself to be project manager.
"She didn't allocate people roles in terms of their strengths. She said what her strengths was, but she didn't see the strengths of the other team members."
