Eamon Sullivan has been crowned Australia's first ever Celebrity MasterChef.
The Olympic swimmer, who made chocolate delice and roast chicken during the final, beat INXS musician Kirk Pengilly and model Rachael Finch to win the reality cookery show.
Sullivan is quoted by The Daily Telegraph as saying: "It was pretty stressful - I was very lucky. I thought I was probably going to stuff up. I was lucky enough I could get some nerves together and muster up something to get back in the competition."
Judge Gary Mehigan said of the 24-year-old's dessert: "I kid you not, that is one of the top three desserts I've had this year - that is absolutely stunning."
Sullivan won $50,000 (£27,800), which he is donating to The Royal Life Saving Society's Swim, Survive, Stay Alive program.
