Gary Rhodes thinks that it is only a matter of time before he comes to blows with rival chef Jean-Christophe Novelli on Hell's Kitchen.
The chef has attacked Novelli for the "ridiculous" way that he runs his kitchen on the ITV1 show.
"He's really aggravating me," Rhodes told the Sunday Mirror. "And I know if he comes at me I could handle myself."
He added, "We thought this show would bring us together, but it's driven us apart. I have a horrible feeling we'll go head-to-head in a fight at some point. What really annoys me is the awful way he runs his kitchen. It's ridiculous. The state of the food coming out of there makes me laugh. It's nonsense."
