Dating reality show Paradise Hotel is opening its doors again after an absence of more than 4 years.
The series was a ratings and critical hit for Fox in the summer of 2003 over its 32-episode run, but was not renewed for a second season over concerns that the format was too racy for broadcast audiences.
Now the show will be back - but this time, on two US networks: broadcast net MyNetworkTV, owned by Fox, and Fox's genre cable station Fox Reality.
"All of our research has shown that Paradise Hotel is a brand that reality viewers are desperate to see on TV again," said Fox Reality president David Lyle. "Working with MyNetworkTV is a perfect partnership where we can produce a fabulous show that was too big to produce alone."
The new season will air early in 2008.
