Amy Winehouse will not face police questioning over her behaviour at the Glastonbury festival, it has been confirmed.
The singer was spotted scuffling with a fan in the audience as she performed her hit song 'Rehab' at the event on Saturday night.
A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police said that an investigation will not be carried out because no complaints of assault have been received.
In April, the star received a formal police caution for common assault after she admitted to slapping an unnamed man while on a night out in Camden. She was told that the incident could count against her if she committed a similar offence in the future.
Her father Mitch recently revealed that she is suffering from the early stages of lung condition emphysema.
