Christian Bale has revealed that he will never pass judgement on his late Batman co-star Heath Ledger.
The actor confirmed that he is paying no attention to press reports about Ledger, which have frequently focused on the circumstances surrounding his death.
"He was a nice guy and out of this world as an actor. We got on and I never disapproved of his lifestyle," Bale explained. "It's not up to one person to pass judgement on another person that way."
Ledger died in January following an accidental overdose of prescription drugs. Reports have claimed that the star's partying and solemn mood sparked concerns for his wellbeing before his death.
