Katie Price to run London Marathon

Glamour model Katie Price has promised that she is going to run the London Marathon in 2009.

Price, who launched her new novel Angel Uncovered yesterday, said that she wanted to partake in the race for charity.

"I'm going to challenge myself and run the London Marathon next year," she said.

"I am not going to do a Jade Goody. I'm going to get proper training and finish it."

The 30-year-old added: "Now I've said it publicly, I can't back out of it."
