Parker denies mole removal

Sarah Jessica Parker has denied undergoing cosmetic surgery to remove a mole from her chin.

The actress sparked speculation that she had gone under the knife when she was snapped apparently without her trademark beauty spot.

Photographs of Parker at a baseball game in New York appeared to show a small mark in place of the mole.

However, a representative for the Sex And The City star denied that surgery had taken place, saying: "Nothing has been removed."
