Amy Winehouse has been rushed to hospital in London.
The singer was taken to the A&E department at University College Hospital after an ambulance was called to her home in Camden, reports the BBC.
Her spokesman confirmed that she had been admitted but refused to comment on the nature of her illness.
A London Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: "We were called at approximately 8.40pm to an address in NW1 to reports of an adult female taken unwell.
"We sent an ambulance and a fast response car and the patient has been taken to hospital."
Winehouse was recently reported to have developed heart problems as a result of her drug abuse. Her father Mitch previously said she had been diagnosed with the early stages of lung disease emphysema after collapsing at home last month.
