Phil Collins will pay his third wife £25 million in Britain's biggest ever celebrity divorce settlement.

The ex-Genesis singer recently ended his seven-year marriage with Orianne Cevey, 35. They have two children together, Nicolas, 8, and Matthew, 4.

Collins, 57, previously agreed to a £17 million pay-out after divorcing second wife Jill Tavelman in 1994.

He is now estimated to be paying nearly a third of his rumoured £140 million fortune to his former partners.

Sir Paul McCartney paid out £24.3 million to Heather Mills earlier this year, while Chris Tarrant agreed to £12.5 million with his former wife Ingrid in April.
