Pete Doherty has stated that he does not have a crush on troubled singer Amy Winehouse.
The Babyshambles frontman has been in touch with Winehouse's husband Blake Fielder-Civil to deny any infatuation.
Doherty told Live that the letter contained his true feelings about both Winehouse and Fielder-Civil.
"I said, 'Blake mate, I love the pair of you. I've no interest in Amy like that. I hope you know that'," related the former Libertines singer.
Winehouse's lawyer recently refuted claims that she and Fielder-Civil will be moving to the countryside in the future.
