Kate Hudson has confessed that she hurt co-star Anne Hathaway during the filming of Bride Wars.
The pair were taking part in a scene in which their characters slap each other, but Hudson accidentally hit Hathaway harder than she was expecting.
"It was not intentional. I hit her and I went: 'Oh God'. And she's like: 'No, I'm fine, keep going.' And then I saw Annie sitting in a chair with an ice pack!" she told People.
Hathaway added that she managed to complete the scene despite the pain. "Did you notice Kate's enormous wedding ring in the movie?" she said."Imagine, surrounded in a cloud of tulle, Kate Hudson's hand with the 9.000 carat diamond coming out and smacking you across the face and staying in character."
