Andre promises to stay silent over split

Peter Andre has vowed that he will never speak publicly about his recent split from Katie Price.

The popstar announced that he was divorcing Price after three and a half years of marriage earlier this month.

Andre jetted off to Cyprus for a holiday shortly after the breakup but has since returned to the UK and been reunited with his children.

Writing in his New! magazine column, the singer explained: "I know everybody wants me to spill the beans but it is not something I will ever talk about.

"I've spent the last week in Cyprus in my own little bubble feeling like a zombie. My head's in a mess. I couldn't even face answering the phone to friends."

Price was expected to discuss the split in a TV interview with Jonathan Ross this week but later decided to cancel her appearance.
