Kerry Katona 'sobs after bank visit'

Kerry Katona has been pictured sobbing following a visit to her local bank.

The troubled reality TV star broke down in tears after attending a meeting with advisers at the branch in Wilmslow, Cheshire, the Daily Star reports.

An onlooker told the newspaper: "Her hubby Mark [Croft] stayed in the car. It seemed he didn't want to hear the news that the pair of them are now flat broke."

Katona was declared bankrupt by London's High Court in August last year. It is believed that her financial situation has worsened in recent weeks following the loss of her lucrative Iceland advertising contract.

Last month, it was revealed that the 29-year-old's bankrupt status will remain for the foreseeable future. She was arrested for allegedly assaulting her accountant in the aftermath of the news.
