Liam Gallagher bans swearing

Liam Gallagher will not allow his children to follow in his verbal footsteps.

Although his interviews generally consist of a barrage of expletives, he informed The Sun that he is "practically a f***ing saint," and will not encourage a similar vocabulary in Lennon, five, and three-year-old Gene.

He explained: "I won't have my kids getting lippy. No swearing. I don't smack either. I give them a dropped eyebrow look and then they know.

"I want to live until I'm 120 and be near me kids. I don't go out much now - I'm just loving my kids and eating healthy food. Life's mega."

Oasis are playing two sold-out homecoming gigs in Manchester this weekend.
