Holmes' dad pushes for harsh prenup

Katie Holmes' dad is pushing for a firm prenuptial agreement before she marries Tom Cruise.

Tom and Katie are set to be married some time later this year, after the birth of their first child, but Katie's father is insisting that the pair have a concrete prenup before they perform the ceremony.

Mr Holmes, who is a lawyer, is "playing hardball" with Cruise - demanding a good $10 million for his daughter and her child, should the couple split. The amount will also not depend on how long the marriage lasts.
