Gordon Ramsay to spy on his staff members

Gordon Ramsay is installing webcams in each of his restaurants' kitchens.

The top chef has spent £1.5 million on the project, which will allow him to check up on his staff members any time he likes.

"I will be able to stream in to any hot plate in the world and if something is up, I'll get on the phone and go bananas," Ramsay told The People. "I'm a control freak. That's how it's done."
